Case Manager - Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Join a respected leader in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and help facilitate fair, efficient, and professional arbitration and mediation processes. We're seeking a highly organized, client-focused Case Manager to support our panelists and ensure smooth case operations from start to finish.

In this role, you will manage case files, coordinate hearings and schedules, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate with attorneys, clients, and neutrals to keep cases moving efficiently. You'll play a key part in ensuring a positive experience for all participants and supporting the integrity of the ADR process.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage case files and maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the case lifecycle
  • Coordinate hearings, conference calls, and scheduling needs for clients and panelists
  • Provide responsive and professional client service
  • Prepare and distribute materials related to new filings or panelist requests
  • Track deadlines, monitor case progress, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support panelists with administrative tasks connected to their mediation and arbitration practices
  • Build foundational knowledge of ADR processes, systems, and workflow tools

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of case management or legal administrative experience
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Interest in building long-term expertise in ADR
